Privacy Policy

1.1. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of the Service.

1.2. This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for the collection, storage, processing, use, disclosure, and protection of Users’ personal data.

1.3. The database of Users’ personal data is located at the Administration’s address.

1.4. The controller of the personal data database is the Administration – “HomeID” LLC.

1.5. When filling out a form to publish an advertisement, registering on the Service, subscribing to newsletters, or in any other use of the Service, the User provides information and personal data to the Administration. Data may also be collected through surveys conducted among Service Users. Participation in surveys is voluntary and carried out with the User’s consent.

1.6. The User independently and voluntarily decides to provide personal data and other information about themselves to the Service and, by doing so, consents to the processing of such data by the Administration, including the transfer of such data to other Users and/or third parties acting on behalf of the Administration.

1.7. Processing of personal data includes any actions or set of actions such as collection, recording, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, use, and dissemination (including transfer, sale, and cross-border transfer), as well as destruction using automated systems or otherwise.

1.8. The purposes of processing personal data include, but are not limited to:

  • 1.8.1. Obtaining statistical and analytical data to improve the performance of the Service and its features;

  • 1.8.2. Expanding the range of services provided;

  • 1.8.3. Sending informational or promotional communications (including updates on new features, promotions, and news);

  • 1.8.4. Preventing and detecting illegal or unauthorized actions by Users or third parties;

  • 1.8.5. Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.

1.9. The Service collects the following information about Users:

  • 1.9.1. Personal information provided or disclosed by the User when using the Service, including but not limited to: name, surname, email address, password, phone number, location, and address. If the User logs in via a social network, the Service may also collect information available in that profile. The User is responsible for the information provided, while the Service acts as a platform for publishing such information online.

  • 1.9.2. Technical information automatically collected by the software when accessing the Service.

1.10. The Service and the Administration do not collect or process sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties or trade unions, criminal records, health data, sexual life, biometric or genetic data.

1.11. The Service and the Administration do not disclose Users’ personal or other information to third parties unrelated to the Service, except where the User has given consent or where required by the User Agreement or applicable law.

1.12. In certain cases, the Administration may share information with partners or affiliated entities cooperating with the Service.

1.13. The Administration does not sell or lease Users’ personal data collected through the Service.

1.14. To facilitate interaction between Users, the Service provides limited access to contact information. The use of such data is governed by the User Agreement.

1.15. The User undertakes not to use information provided by other Users without their written consent or without lawful grounds. Information obtained through the Service may only be used for the purpose of concluding transactions. It is prohibited to use such data for unsolicited advertising, spam, or any unauthorized or illegal actions without the User’s knowledge and consent.

1.16. The User has the right to modify, delete, or otherwise update their personal data at any time.

1.17. The User is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of all information provided.

1.18. If the User accesses the Service via OpenID, they may configure data sharing settings within that service.

1.19. The Administration takes all reasonable measures to protect Users’ personal data from unauthorized access.

1.20. All personal data is stored on secure servers within protected corporate networks with restricted access. Employees with access to such data are bound by confidentiality agreements.


2. Cookies, Web Beacons, and Similar Technologies

2.8. Technical data such as IP addresses is used for network administration and statistical purposes.

2.9. To ensure high-quality and personalized services, the Service stores information about the User’s last login.


3. Amendments to the Privacy Policy

3.1. The Administration reserves the right to modify, delete, or update this Privacy Policy.

3.2. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must discontinue using the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of all amendments and the updated version of the Privacy Policy.
